This agency has questionable business practices!
I've had considerable problems with the Brian Barber Agency in Apex, NC. Their customer service department is non-responsive and their business practices are questionable in time of need. I think that this office has some poor and antiquated processes and the people in the office are out of touch with what a good insurance agency should be. more...Don't Choose Allied
Horrible!!! I live in Nebraska, and over the last 2 year we were pelted with large hail storms, we got notice from Allied this month that they will not be renewing our insurance due to multiple claims. 2 years ago we were pelted with practically basebll sized hail which totalled out our roof and just about everyone elses in our town. more...RUDE!!!
We recently had a horrible wind storm that the state reported as a natural disaster. Our agents with Auto Owners Ins. have been out right rude. USAA pays less than half
We sustained a flood on Nov. 29 2012 damaging comic books collected as a child, a wedding dress, valuable books and other items in the home we rent.Total damage was 1/3rd what our coverage is for so we thought great. As soon as my claim is done which has been in process for three month I will be done with USAA as far as auto coverage.
I brought a CPO vehicle which they do not recognize or honor the price when the car was totaled after I had it two weeks by a driver without insurance. My fault or not doing my homework on gap insurance, but the process with USAA has been awful. more...Corrupt car insurance.
Just like everyone else said usaa is a scam artist , they will screw u in every way possible and more. I was in a accident not at fault and my car was totaled. I expected at least 2000 for my car. It was worth 2500 kbb so I was being reasonable. They offered me 1200. So when I asked y they said I had dents and rust on my car this is 100% false. more...
