After many years of loyalty, no sympathy
I've been with State Farm for many years, insured 4 cars and 3 homes...someone rear-ended me almost 2 years ago also insured by State Farm, I was NOT at fault. I had to advance my deductible to get my car plus car rental, towing, etc. I finally received reimbursement of my deductible after almost 6 months and still have not received all other out of pocket of almost $2k until now. more...Retired Home Owner
I don't remember the end date of service but I started a policy with Travelers' in Florida.
I maintained the same policy until the company told me they were no longer going to insure property in Florida be cause of the storm risk, etc. This time period was for several years because I kept the Property and it is now still a rental property. more...USAA on a Down Hill Slide
When I first Joined USAA around 1995 (You join because it is an association) they were the premier insurance company in the nation for price and customer service. Unethical and unprofessional
The Totals adjusters are rude, arrogant, pushy, degrading, and provide false information to coerce you to settle. Bully tactics. Customer service is very poor. Rarely do they return calls. Two claims in the family over the past 2 years. The 1st claim, other driver admitted complete fault. Repair facility that USAA recommended failed to repair the car completely. USAA was notified and never followed up or responded to our multiple calls and e-mails.
2nd claim other driver stated at the scene that she didn't know if her light was green because she was lost and looking at her phone for directions. more...Still Waiting
Well we filled a claim over a month ago and we are still waiting for our representives manager to "make a decision." I am not sure what the decision is that has to be made. We have wind and water damage from a storm. Not impressed and we have 5 insurance policies with them. We have started to look elsewhere. more...
