After a fire in my workshop, I was told by USAA that I had replacement insurance. Their replacement was found to mean: #1 Send us a complete of items including date purchased, original price, model number. #2 I was then told we will replace after you buy a replacement and send us a receipt. #3 After buying the replacement items out of pocket and sending the receipt, USAA then d-valued the item and sent me a check for the difference. more...
