- My home burnt 6 months ago amica gave us some money up front and provided us with a place to live. 2 months into the claim the started demanding we provide certain documents and we go in for questioning under oath, there laywer was the biggest ass#$%& he questioned me for 8 hours over 2 days. 3 days before our 6 month lease was up they decided to deny our claim stating the whole policy they said we tried to mislead they as to how the fire started I never when they asked me how I thought the fire started I said the state fire investors said it started in any electrical box. more...
