• • After many years of loyalty, no sympathy

    I've been with State Farm for many years, insured 4 cars and 3 homes...someone rear-ended me almost 2 years ago also insured by State Farm, I was NOT at fault. I had to advance my deductible to get my car plus car rental, towing, etc. I finally received reimbursement of my deductible after almost 6 months and still have not received all other out of pocket of almost $2k until now.  more...

  • Couldn't ask for better service

    A few weeks ago, an asphalt shingle was thrown up from the pavement by the vehicle ahead of me and scraped across the hood and windshield of my car. There were no cracks in the windshield, but there were numerous shallow scratches. I called the claims number, explained the problem, and was transferred to their glass claims number.  more...

  • Terrible Experience

    I recently switched from Geico to All State, which was a huge mistake. I joined them because they had a lower rate but it came at a price, injustice and aggravation. They terminated my policy a week after I got it, stating that I requested to have it terminated: not true! Then, after disconnecting from me several times and offering call backs over a course of 2 days, they said that they couldn't reinstate my policy and refused to let me speak to a manager.  more...

    Well, I just could not help myself after I have read several others about adverse repercussions they have experienced with USAA auto insurance. After being a member with USAA for 30 years, and having their auto insurance which is unusually expensive I will cut to the chase and tell you guys to contact Auto Owners for their rates are much lower with more benefits than USAA and USAA will tell you that as well.  more...

  • Good and Bad

    They would work great with me if I called but when I canceled my insurance because I no longer had the vehicle and canceled the tag they came back at me with owing them money for canceling the policy before the contract ran out. I have heard they are bad about this. This is the first time I ever had to deal with something like this usually insurance companies will let you go especially if you do not have the vehicle any longer.  more...

  • Unprofessional & Unwilling to Fix your car properly

    They wouldn't pay my mechanic fair or reasonable charges to repair my damaged car. They wanted to use and would only pay for used parts and substandard materials like garbage coolant that wouldn't even work in a moped. The adjuster was a slick liar and was all nicey nice up front then made up nothing, but excuses.  more...
