- I HAVE HAD TWO SEPARATE CLAIMS WITH THIS COMPANY OVER THE PAST 10 YRS. AND HAVE HAD TO FILE A REPORT WITH THE STATE INSURANCE COMMISSION BOTH TIMES.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY, AGGRESSIVELY OR FELT LIKE I WAS BEING ATTACKED BY THE LOCAL CLAIMS REP. TROY HOSTE. IF HE WERE MY EMPLOYEE , HE WOULD BE FIRED! Full Review

- Auito-Owners/Owners Ins Company has the worst claims management and IA's in the business. They dont show up at scheduled appointments, they dont bother to call that they will not be on time, they use experts to do their job and help them deny claims. I am still awaiting a settlement from 4/27/11. The claims manager in kennesaw GA, says that the claims has been handled very well he has "NO PROBLEM" with the way the claim is being handled. more...
- More than a year ago my roofing blew off in 2 large chunks at either end of my home. I made a claim and got estimates as I was told by my agent at the time. several months after the agents contractor came out and tarped the two areas.
The same contractor came out and was told to scrub the mold that was forming in the center of the house because the water had still not been removed from the damaged areas (soaked insulation, soaked drywall, soaked roof sheathing, hundreds/thousands of gallons of water at each end of the house. more...
- They have not acted in good faith. A month went by before adjuster came. He told us to get a contractor to do the work. Contractor check with him on how to get paid. When they found what it would cost. They said that they would have to Waite for them to decide on covering or not. The roof was damaged an that should have a roof contractor bid it. more...
