Potential Customers Lost

I just had the unfortunate experience of filing a claim with State Farm. They are liars, manipulators, and unethical in their adjustments. I had my car looked at by several body shops and was told that no one would touch my car for less than $750. State Farm told me their adjuster determined the loss at $370 and that I could take it or leave it.

It is stupid on your part to screw your potential customers. Common sense tells you that if someone files a claim with State Farm, is treated well, and gets a fair adjustment, they may be likely to join State Farm for their coverage. However, this company's credo is screw everyone and if you don't like it, screw you too. Impressive. I assure you, I will never be a customer and neither will anyone within the sound of my voice or email. You can take your $370 offer and buy yourself some decent ethics training. I don't need your money. I don't need to settle. I guess I just hoped the experience would be worthwhile and maybe you could offer me a better deal than Geico. Obviously that was a mistaken assumption.
