State Farm has no compassion

My 9 yr old son was hit in a parking lot by a user of State Farm Ins. The incident was caught on video so there was NEVER an issue of our word against theirs. AFTER 3 and1/2 years we finnaly went to mitagation with this company. The adjuster was the most uncaring, obnoxiuos person I've EVER met. She sat there and WATCH my child being hit over and over again on the video and then tried to get out of paying the medical bills for my child. The only reason my son was NOT killed was by the power of GOD! HE had HIS hand on my son that night and for that I will ALWAYS be THANKFUL. The pain and terrorr my child went through for the next year of his life is something I will NEVER forget. He healed physically very nicely (another thing State Farm seemed to have a problem with.) The entire day in litigation, was spent arguing the fact that our son had heal ed and he shouldn't get anything from that tight -wad company.Because we are a VERY STRONG family unit and we dealt with the horrific post-tramadic stress syndrome that my child went through without extra counsling sessions my child was refused a average settlement from this company. This company was so bad that my own insurance company offered my child $10,000 for his pain and suffering and because State Farm would NOT cough of the amount of money to cover all our out of pocket expenses, medical bills, lawyers etc.... Our company took back the offer of compensation for my son. So as this lady sat there with a 9-yr old child of her own, she cold-heartly refused compensation for all my child had been through.
I'm sure this company is extremely PROUD of her. All I can hold on to and believe is that she and THIS company will recieve what is coming to them, from a power much greater than anything on this earth.
