Still Waiting
Well we filled a claim over a month ago and we are still waiting for our representives manager to "make a decision." I am not sure what the decision is that has to be made. We have wind and water damage from a storm. Not impressed and we have 5 insurance policies with them. We have started to look elsewhere. USAA and its brand have lost it's image with us.
