USAA Auto Insurance Claim Review

USAA - Terrible for member & non-members!

Two claims in the family over the past 2 years. The 1st claim, other driver admitted complete fault. Repair facility that USAA recommended failed to repair the car completely. USAA was notified and never followed up or responded to our multiple calls and e-mails.
2nd claim other driver stated at the scene that she didn't know if her light was green because she was lost and looking at her phone for directions. She hit the rear panel of my daughter's vehicle! Because the other driver was a USAA member, they refused to assign any blame other than 50/50!
The California Law was not even taken into consideration!
We have had USAA for years & up until 2 years ago they were great. We are switching all of our home and auto policies after this!
