Unethical and unprofessional
The Totals adjusters are rude, arrogant, pushy, degrading, and provide false information to coerce you to settle. Bully tactics. Customer service is very poor. Rarely do they return calls. They delay performing the duties they should do. Local and nationwide businesses can confirm the unethical practices by USAA insurance. They see it often. Contact the State Insurance Commissioner, the State Attorney General, BBB, and any consumer advocate group to assist and get the law on the books. Don't accept USAA's statement of what the laws are for your state!!!
