Long and boring claim process
i was hit by someone insured by state farm. The person that hit me was the first to report the claim, when i called they said they had to investigate and see who was at fault (REALLY NOW? your client just filed the report, not me, and i provided them with a police report and ofcourse they had to take their sweet-ass time and waste mine). Then it was like they didn\'t care, i had to make all the calls and talk my way into getting my car fixed. Then, before i notified them of whether or not i wanted the money, it was sent to me. Im 18 and cannot find a rental car anywhere so i wanted this to end and just took the money. (my car was hit when it was parked in my assigned spot, luckily its just a scratch and i can live with that)
