- I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF THIS COMPANY FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A CLAIM AND MY INSURANCE GOES UP TREMENDOUSLY EACH YEAR. NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHY. NO ONE HAS ANY EXPLANATIONS. THIS YEAR IS THE LAST STRAW.
