- Erie Insurance seemed very nice and accommodating during my claim process. And then they dropped me. You'd think after paying my premiums on time for 4 years would buy me one simple claim! No, they're dropping me, and no other insurance companies want to take me with a recent claim on my record. I hate Erie! Full Review
- I hadn't heard of Erie before, but a co-worker recommended them. So, I figured I'd give them a call. I called Erie's customer service and they put me in contact with a local agent and she was so nice. I was recently rear-ended at a stop light - not my fault and I called Erie. They told me I could take my car anywhere I wanted to get it fixed so I did. Full Review
- In 2006, I had a terrible accident where a girl fell asleep, crossed the highway, hit me, and pushed me into a tractor trailer. I was airlifted to the hospital and do not remember any of it. When my mom and I contacted Erie they were not helpful. It was like pulling teeth to get them to help with anything. Full Review

- Our daughter was involved in a minor collision in a nearby parking lot. After calming her down I got her version of the story and events. the other guy's claim adjuster was on the phone within a couple hours wanting to interview our daughter. We didn't hear from the Erie's inside adjuster for days, and that was a form letter asking for a description of the accident. more...
- I purchased new tires from Creamery Tires located in Collegeville PA. My from driver wheel felt weird and I wasn't sure what was wrong with my wheel. I called the place where I purchased my tires. They told me to bring the car in. On my way there I was driving on a major highway and my front driver wheel came off. more...
