• • Water damage due to a power outage

    My basment flooded due to a power outage which inturn caused my sump pump to not fuction. WE had to remove all the carpet and flooring in the basement (note it had 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and family room ). American Family will not cover it, they keep saying it was a sump pump issue... IDIOTS!!!! If my sump pump was malfuctioning than yes it I would agree but the power went out adn it was totally out of our contorl.  more...

  • COMPANY does NOT want to give any money or what u insure!

    We had lightening hit our airconditioner and it ran on the same circuit as our computer and refrigerator... all were part of the claim. the girl handling this issue has changed what she needs from us every time we speak. We sent all product nubmers/serial numbers etc to her and gave her the name of the local electrician/handyman that did the review of the items damaged.  more...

    We have just received notification that our policy is going to be dropped due to claims that are non-chargable. According to our policy, acts of god/nature are not considered "at fault" incidents and therefore are considered non-chargable. In other words, our policy will not be adversely effected either by additional cost or otherwise due to acts of god/nature.  more...
