- My 9 yr old son was hit in a parking lot by a user of State Farm Ins. The incident was caught on video so there was NEVER an issue of our word against theirs. - I understand State Farm's policy of using "reconditioned" parts when repairing a damaged vehicle. It saves money and helps to keep premiums down.
