Farmers Auto Insurance Reviews

Farmers is the lowest rated insurance carrier there is. Just proof that they are a bunch of ill trained, half wits who don't know anything about how to handle a claim. This company will stop at nothing in order to watch their own backs while completely dismissing their customers needs and concerns. If anybody were to consider securing a policy with this carrier, you need to second guess yourself. Farmers is a low rate dump of an insurance company. Mark my words

I've recently had a claim with Farmers that my policy did not cover. I had a renters policy for just contents. I went on vacation and my hot water heater broke and pipe burst destroying drywall my entire kitchen and bathroom drywall. It was $25,000 worth of damage. My association was supposed to pay for. After about a month of dealing with them anddenying all my requests. I put a claim in at Farmers and played dum and tried to get them to pay for the entire thing other then contents. The claims process was beautiful friendly fast the adjuster came out and told me the claim is building and the assoc. was responsible after talking awile I told hi I wanted building coverafe when I signed up. To some it all up the company paid and the work was done in week and a half. They also paid my hotel bills, gas. I really can't explain how pleased I am with this company. I recently have switch all my business to them. all though a little more in cost. Well worth it.

We are contacted several times a year for a review of our coverages and costs by the Farmers insurance agents office. The claims department is #1 when it comes to helping the cusyomer through the claims process and informing the customer as to the progress during and after the claim. When the body shop failed to fix our car doors mechanical workings correctly the claims department stepped in and the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. We have thought of changing companies through the years but when we checked around we found that most of the internet compannies and the Gicos with their multi adds and out of this world promises of better prices and service anr just that. Out of this world.

Farmers has the lowest insurance prices of any insurance company.
