  • Very little motorcycle knowledge

    They won't cover many, many models based on clearly faulty data about what type of bike it is (their agents have generic pictures in a binder of what a bike is supposed to look like). Example: they wouldn't cover any Ducati for me; reason, they are all "crotch rockets" (direct quote) and this included the smallest one they make.  more...
