- They would work great with me if I called but when I canceled my insurance because I no longer had the vehicle and canceled the tag they came back at me with owing them money for canceling the policy before the contract ran out. I have heard they are bad about this. This is the first time I ever had to deal with something like this usually insurance companies will let you go especially if you do not have the vehicle any longer. Full Review
- I was a Progressive Insurance customer for 14 years. In that time I had no accidents and no tickets. I had never made a claim.
Then, one day, I came out of a store and saw a ding in my fender. A lady standing nearby told me she saw what happened. She said an SUV with a swing out spare tire carrier (The kind over the tailgate) was parked next to me and that guy accidentally let it swing out and hit my fender and hood. Full Review - My husband and I have been insured by Progressive for the past 4 years and in this time have made 2 claims with them. One when somebody backed into our truck while it was parked at a hotel, and took off leaving us with a dented up truck. Another claim was made when my husband hit a moose and did alot of damage.
