Never get calls back, says 'check is in the mail', understaffed
It's been almost 2 months and they haven't finished my claim, they keep putting me off, the 'supervisor' won't let my adjuster pay the claim, although the adjuster seems to be trying to help. They've given me one check for much less than it was supposed to be. Now they don't return my calls. A very disappointing experience.
