Dropped because I dared to make a claim.
Great agent and I really like the company, until I actually made two claims in three years. They dropped me even though the claims were not huge (I've still paid more in premiums then they have paid out over the life of my coverage). State Farm is changing its business model and it is all about dumping customers who actually make claims. Do not go with this company.
