Horrible!
Had a storm damage claim after the "Storm of the Century" came through our area last summer. Dealt with a very young claims adjuster from KC. He paid for some stuff, had interesting explanations for why he wouldn't pay for others, and found "no damage" to my siding. Two months later, got a letter from Allied saying that the very same claims adjuster stated my siding was in "disrepair" and I needed to have it replaced. Called adjuster in OUR metro area, who then, according to him, sent an agent and an engineer to my property without my knowledge or consent. Adjuster claims that the engineer made the determination it was "not storm related" six months ago. I NEVER received a call or anything in writing. When I spoke with same metro adjuster today, he was so rude and condescending I couldn't believe it. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!
