Unprofessional & Unwilling to Fix your car properly

They wouldn't pay my mechanic fair or reasonable charges to repair my damaged car. They wanted to use and would only pay for used parts and substandard materials like garbage coolant that wouldn't even work in a moped. The adjuster was a slick liar and was all nicey nice up front then made up nothing, but excuses. Avoid these guys at all costs, their ads say that they'll take care of you but when it comes down to it - they just screw you through your mechanic and body shop - adjuster told me that if I wanted genuine or new parts I'd have to pay the difference. So glad my mechanic is a great guy and helped me fight them a bit so I only had to pay for a 1/3rd of the repair myself in addition to my deductible. He showed me their correspondence and their lack of willingness to work with us. Pick someone else when you have a choice. Seems great until you have an accident. I'm shopping new insurance now and asking my mechanic who they have had good luck with actually paying and doing the repair right.
