Lack of Integrity
My home is insured by USAA. We have hail damage from several storms and have filed claims with no luck. Five of neighbors have had their roofs replaced by other insurers due to hail damage. We've had three adjusters come out to look at our roof and gotten three different opinions. The first said that there was damage, but it wouldn't show in pictures........ The second said there was NO damage at all. The third said that there was damage, but it totalled less than our deductible. My neighbors are close and there's no way that their houses were damaged and mine was not. I guess I should just continue to pay USAA for NOTHING!!!
Their company and therefore their CEO have ZERO integrity. Use another company!
