I doubt it...
I've read some complaints here about Mercury - 100 photos & didnt know the guest home was detached, bait and switch, not being regulated by the State. Try understanding what bait and switch means, and read your policy so you know what you signed - it was probably your fault. And yes, every company has lies posted about them by disgruntled clients. Mercury is one of the most trustworthy companies by Forbes and have handled my claims just fine. Sure they've made some mistakes in my billing, but they've been a very good company - you have to have to have a good agent too though, try not to get "agent" and Mercury confused.
