Terrible Experience

I recently switched from Geico to All State, which was a huge mistake. I joined them because they had a lower rate but it came at a price, injustice and aggravation. They terminated my policy a week after I got it, stating that I requested to have it terminated: not true! Then, after disconnecting from me several times and offering call backs over a course of 2 days, they said that they couldn't reinstate my policy and refused to let me speak to a manager. I rode around for 3 days without insurance because they didn't even deem it necessary to notify me that I had been terminated! Now, they say it will take several days to possibly get it reinstated as if I don't work and need 2 drive my car. I'm so upset and I wouldn't recommend All State to anybody who appreciates honesty, concern, respect, and timeliness from their insurance company.
