Incredible customer service!

My husband and I have been insured by Progressive for the past 4 years and in this time have made 2 claims with them. One when somebody backed into our truck while it was parked at a hotel, and took off leaving us with a dented up truck. Another claim was made when my husband hit a moose and did alot of damage. Both times our claims were handled in a timely manner, and repairs were made to our vehicles by the shop of our choice, we had no problem getting a rental which Progressive paid for. Even though we were very happy with the service, we recently called to cancel our policy due to our rates going up and we were simply unable to afford it. When I called to cancel, the customer service rep was incredibly helpful to me, taking the time to review our policy and found ways to not only REDUCE our monthly rate, but also increased some of our coverages. She saved us over $100 a month, so we decided to keep our policy with them. We couldn't be any happier with the how wonderful Progressive has been to us! We will stay loyal customers!
