After many years of loyalty, no sympathy
I've been with State Farm for many years, insured 4 cars and 3 homes...someone rear-ended me almost 2 years ago also insured by State Farm, I was NOT at fault. I had to advance my deductible to get my car plus car rental, towing, etc. I finally received reimbursement of my deductible after almost 6 months and still have not received all other out of pocket of almost $2k until now....I have to file a lawsuit to preserve my claim that cost so much, retain an attorney, go trough stings of hoop. State Farm attorney hired an atty to take my deposition, went to mediation, settlement conference, now set for trial for a meager amount of claim...PRETTY RIDICULOUS...I'm still waiting for payment.....
