Very Impressed
I was rear ended by one of USAA's insureds. In the past I have had a horrible time dealing with insurance companies in this situation. After experiencing a claim with this company I am seriously considering switching my own auto insurance to them. Many times people stress about getting low premiums and discounts when shopping for an insurance company not realizing that what matters is what happens when a claim occurs and you need them the most. Everyone at USAA from the adjuster to the claim reps were very professional and addressed my questions and concerns. My calls were always returned in a timely manner. When a discrepancy was found between their estimate and an independent one I received, they quickly acted and corrected the issue. No one likes being in an accident but USAA really made the situation tolerable. They really lived up to their reputation as being a high quality and trusted insurer.
