Happy customer
I hadn't heard of Erie before, but a co-worker recommended them. So, I figured I'd give them a call. I called Erie's customer service and they put me in contact with a local agent and she was so nice. I was recently rear-ended at a stop light - not my fault and I called Erie. They told me I could take my car anywhere I wanted to get it fixed so I did. Not a problem, and I'm paying way less than I was with my previous company.
