Caught In A Lie

We have been insured through USAA for almost 28 years. Premiums have been paid on time, we have had only ONE small, minor claim in the period of coverage, we have been good clients.
However, the past four years, additions have been made to our policy that we did not approve; trying to get these removed has been impossible and the premium continued to go up. The company has increasingly harassed us with forms on the size and shape of the house (which is the SAME) but will not change what THEY have wrong on the policy. (we are paying for items we don't have, such as a fireplace...???)
Currently, they want to send someone to inspect the house. The USAA rep said it would be a QUICK VISIT; just to verify the number of rooms and location.
LIE!!!
The *inspector* (all of 18-20) called today demanding to come when we would not be home, and we finally got the boy to reschedule. When asked what he would do when he was here Jason said:
"I'll measure every room, photograph the inside of your house room by room, check every mechanical system in the house and photograph them. It will take 45 minutes to an hour."
This is SO FAR from what we were told by the company, we are in the process of changing insurance companies. This is invasion of privacy, plus these *inspectors* are part time employees (researched the company on-line) so you have no idea who you are letting in your home or what they will do with the photos when they leave.
DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD USAA SAYS.
This is so any claim you make can be denied, or they will find a reason to drop you if your house isn't brand new. Or, if you don't comply with their demands.
Find another local company~~at one time USAA was good. Now they are a sham.
