Unhappy customer

Every year, premiums get more and more expensive. I have only been in one accident (in my life) and even helped the other State farm client with her claim.... turned out, they raised my premium and charged me an accident surcharge.... (first accident!!!) State Farm SUCKS... i'm soooo dissapointed in them. I will be changing insurances soon or maybe agents... I think that is my main problem.s
