USAA - Not to be trusted

This company is in one word - incompetent. They have terrible lines of communication, with one "team" not communicating with the other "team". My claim was one disaster after another, having been made to feel as though I was dishonest and trying to commit fraud by submitting a legitimate claim. The damage to my vehicle was deemed wear and tear, although my vehicle was in perfect working condition prior to the collision with a deer, and not safe to drive after I hit the deer. Then when it took the adjuster 8 days just to get out and look at my vehicle, USAA instructed me to return my rental vehicle before mine was repaired, because my time was up. They can't communicate, they have no respect for customers, they immediately assume the worst in a situation, have never heard of customer service or loyalty, and have left me emotionally and financially drained. Please get insurance from another company, because when you need them, they are not there.
