harassment from encompass

an old lady sped through a red light and totalled my car almost three weeks ago, and her insurance company is definitely one of the WORST i have ever dealt with.
it took a week and a half just to eek out a rental car. i have completed all the paperwork and sent it in last monday. it is thursday and even though the rnetal was bumped one more day to prepare us for not having a car after friday.i had to stay home from work just to sighn a ups package that never showed up. turns out you havent even sent that check for the totalled car from a week before i finally got the rental. oh, and when i called to ask how they were coming along, they redirected me to someone who didn't even answer the phone,so i had to leave a message and wait.
this is mental harassment.
this company sucks, stay away from it .
