Hidden Charges, No Independant Agents, Fees for Nothing
originally switched from State Farm (rip off) to Allied due to the lower rate. Allied has a $5.00 per month per policy "service charge" fee.
I was two days late with a payment one time and they charged me a $10.00 "reinstatement fee" even though I was AHEAD on monthly payments! They also put coverage on my auto policy that I never asked for (towing) . That cost me alot. Very deceptive businees practice. I am actively looking for a new Insurance company. BTW .. all these extra fees and I've never even made a claim! Oh, and they keep raising my rates with no explaination. They have no local agents. You can't talk to anyone face to face. Not good. I'm dumping them fast !
