Drop Amica Iinsurance Before They Screw You

Amica Insurance is running a fradulent business! 9 years ago they were priced okay, unfortunately after paying them every month for NINE years I had to file a claim for property damages! 7 months later I AM still waiting for them to accept or deny the cliam! the Amica claims supervisor, Don Nguyen is dragging this on claiming that the damages took place 26 months ago and that I just filed the cliam in November of 2010! Don\'t insult my intelligence! Why in the world would I wait 26 months to file a claim on damages that make the property unhabitable and yet continue to make mortgage payments for those 26 months! That\'s absurd! Besides, how is that even relevant??!? I\'ve been with Amica Insurance for 9 years! I was supposedly covered the whole Nine years that I have been paying you! Yet here you are, in another State, someone who\'s never set foot on my property, using your \"date of loss\" as an excuse to drag the claim out. I don\'t freakin care what you want to put on the paper work as the date of loss! Just pay out the damn claim already. I paid for a service, Amica homeowners insurance and Don Nguyen is supposed to make sure that the customers who facilitate him paying his bills are being provided with the coverage they are paying for!
