  • They dont stand behind there customers

    As long as I never had a claim State Farm was great. My husband and I have never had traffic violations, accidents or claims until a year ago. My son who was 16 pulled out of school, across a 4 lane and a vehicle made a sudden lane change that put him in the path of my son. Speed zone for school was 25.  more...

  • Bogus Beyond Belief

    We took a chance on State Farm even though they had showed how bogus they were in MS. They gave us a final quote after making all their investigations. We accepted and paid. When we received our policy, there was a bill for additional premium. When we went to the agent and asked what was going on, the agent couldn't even give us an answer.  more...

    My wife has been a customer of State Farm for 11 years. About a year ago she was involved in accident. She was rear ended on the interstate during rush hour.     I’ve had State farm for over ten years now. I didn’t really shop around, just used my Dad’s agent. Since moving I’ve switched agents but have stayed with State Farm. • • After many years of loyalty, no sympathy

    I've been with State Farm for many years, insured 4 cars and 3 homes...someone rear-ended me almost 2 years ago also insured by State Farm, I was NOT at fault. I had to advance my deductible to get my car plus car rental, towing, etc. I finally received reimbursement of my deductible after almost 6 months and still have not received all other out of pocket of almost $2k until now.  more...

  • Thanks For Nothing (or very little)

    I was rear ended by an Allstate customer who ran a stop sign and it took five weeks for Allstate to reimburse me for damages. During that time my local StateFarm agent called them on my behalf one time after I asked them to see what was the hold up. The answer was that they were still waiting to hear back from their customer.  more...

    I have been a direct repair facility with State Farm for over 10 years. I work with all insurance companies and get to see what they all do. State farm uses only factory or like quality used parts. They include all necessary operation to repair your car to it pre loss condition without a fight. If you can get on with them I highly reccommend them.  more...

  • Unhappy customer

    Every year, premiums get more and more expensive. I have only been in one accident (in my life) and even helped the other State farm client with her claim.... turned out, they raised my premium and charged me an accident surcharge....
