    Two years ago we had our home leveled due to settling of earth. I had discovered a crack in the garage. We received a lifetime warranty on the leveling. A neighbor whom used a different insurance company had the same problem recently, and her company paid for the leveling.   • Bait and Switch

    I was given a quote for insurance and a month after signing up with Travelers I get a letter stating that an inspection was done and home was underinsured and the new payment was over $100 original cost. I had dropped my original one which even oferred more coverage than the new quote that cost me less that total.  more...

    I don't remember the end date of service but I started a policy with Travelers' in Florida.
    I maintained the same policy until the company told me they were no longer going to insure property in Florida be cause of the storm risk, etc. This time period was for several years because I kept the Property and it is now still a rental property.  more...

  • Dropped coverage immediately for grill on deck

    We were paying a lot of cash a month for our insurance, so we thought we would give Gicco a try. We did not know that Gicco outsources the insurance to Travelers, who when then came out for a house inspection immediately dropped our coverage due to "clutter on the deck" which consisted of a grill, a canopy, and a fish tank.  more...
